q1art.com is operated by Digivoox FZE, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("q1art", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who sells to you

• Art prints are sold by q1art.
• Original artworks and limited editions are sold by independent artists, galleries and collectors. q1art runs the marketplace, takes payment and supports you throughout the order.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Shipping and 5% UAE VAT are added at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken by card through our secure payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

3. Authenticity

Every seller confirms that their artwork is genuine and original. Galleries and collectors provide a certificate of authenticity. Limited editions are signed, dated and numbered.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Sellers dispatch within 3–5 business days unless the artwork page says otherwise. See our shipping policy.

6. Colours and sizes

Screen colours may differ slightly from the real artwork. Sizes are listed as accurately as possible.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item concerned, as far as UAE law allows.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
