Where we ship

We ship across the UAE and the GCC, and many artworks can ship worldwide. Pick your country in the cart to see which items can be delivered there.

Shipping costs

Some artworks ship free. For the rest, the shipping cost depends on the destination and on how the artwork arrives (rolled in a tube, stretched or framed). 5% VAT is added on top. You'll see the full cost before you pay.

Dispatch time

Sellers dispatch within 3–5 business days unless the artwork page says otherwise.

Packaging, tracking and insurance

• Every artwork is packed to protect it on the way: corner protectors, wrapping and a strong box or tube.
• Every shipment has a tracking number, which you'll see in your account once it's shipped.
• Valuable artworks are insured while in transit.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be charged import duties or taxes in your country. You pay these when the courier delivers.
